The Heart is the place of divine touch - the centre of perception that points beyond the mind.

In various traditions, the heart is considered Gateway to the origin described:

• 🕉 Kashmiri Shivaism: The heart (hridaya) is the centre of Shiva - pure consciousness that recognises itself in stillness.

• 🌙 Sufism (Ibn Arabi, Rumi): The heart (qalb) is the place of divine reflection - "God is with the heart of the servant."

• 🕯 Teresa of Ávila: The heart is like a inner castlein the centre of which God himself dwells - the deeper you go, the clearer the presence becomes.

• ☸️ Buddhism (especially Dzogchen & Zen): Heart consciousness is beyond form and concept - pure awareness in the present moment.

• 🔯 Kabbalah: The heart is the place between Tiferet and Da'at - the middle spherewhere the divine centre is revealed.

• 🕊 Jesus tradition (e.g. in the spirituality of the Sacred Heart): The pierced heart is the Gate of lovethat encompasses everything.

The name combines two Greek roots:

• Holo - the whole, the comprehensive, the healing

• Cardio - the heart, the living centre

HoloCardio stands for the Holistic heart awareness - a consciousness that is not reduced to thinking, but listens, feels, touches and surrenders.

It is a space of Open widthbeyond all ideas and concepts.
A place of inner stillness - alive, clear and connected to the source.

The open width is not an empty space. It is permeated by the breath of the divine.
What happens in it:

• the Detachment from fixed identities

• the Listening beyond thinking

• the Remembering what defines us at our core

• the Connection to the divine ground within us

Whether you call it God, Origin, the One, Brahman, the Self or the Beloved -
this space is within you.
