Cancellation policy for digital products (NOEL)
Right of cancellation
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is 14 days from the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must contact us,

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail). You can use the attached sample cancellation form, but this is not mandatory.

Expiry of the right of cancellation for digital products
Your right of cancellation shall expire prematurely if we have commenced performance of the contract with your express consent and your confirmation that you will lose your right of cancellation upon commencement of use.

This means that when you start using NOEL as a digital product, your right of cancellation expires. This happens the moment the payment is made to PayPal and you reach the page on which the token for using the chat was generated.
