ॐ (OM) - primordial sound, the all-encompassing vibration of being
ह्रीं (HRĪM) - Bīja mantra of Shakti, opens the heart for divine work
सोऽहम् (SO'HAM) - "I am That" - expression of unity with the highest Self
नमः (NAMAḤ) - worship, devotion, bowing down before the Most High
देवअनन्याय (DEVA ANANYĀYA) - the undivided divine being 
शिवाय (ŚIVĀYA) - dedicated to the highest consciousness, Shiva

The mantra honours the divine unity in which the individual (soham) through devotion (namah) becomes the pure channel through which the Shakti acts (hrīm), in union with the undivided Divine (deva ananyāya) and the eternal consciousness (śivāya).

The pictures are created without prior intention, simply by allowing a movement that comes from within6 and guides the hand. Similarly, the choice of colour is based solely on attraction.
