Who I am - and what guides me

This page gives you an insight into my personal and spiritual path.
You will learn how my search for meaning, truth and inner clarity has developed - and why today concepts such as inner guidance, authenticity, wisdom of the heart and the unfolding of my own signature are at the centre of my life and work.
My aim is to share these experiences with others - as an impulse to encounter oneself more deeply and to trust one's own path.

About me

I was born in Berlin in 1951. When I was about 20 years old, I began to think intensively about the question: "Who and what am I actually?"
This search led me to explore religion and spirituality - not only as a personal orientation, but also as part of my professional path.

My vita

My training focussed on looking after and accompanying people.
At the same time, I attended numerous courses that helped me to combine spirituality and everyday life. I had the opportunity to learn various forms of meditation and methods for self-reflection and working with the unconscious from different teachers.

Through my own experiences, I have realised how transformative and helpful these paths can be in finding clarity in life. This has led to my desire to pass on this knowledge - to help others to better understand their inner world and to grow from it.

Diversity as a force

I have studied various spiritual traditions from different religions and realised how valuable it is to work with a variety of methods.
Each method has its own power. It opens up new perspectives and helps to shape life more consciously and clearly.

Inner leadership - a first key realisation

An essential realisation of my path is:
There is an inner guidance in every person.
Some feel it as a gentle direction from within, others as a sudden inspiration or as a feeling of calm or restlessness that indicates whether a path is right or not. This guidance can therefore manifest itself intuitively, emotionally or energetically - individually and in very different ways.

However, this inner voice is often overridden - by thoughts, worries or external stimuli. In a world full of distractions and constant noise, many people lose contact with this inner source. It is only when we reduce external influences and allow the path inwards again that this wisdom can show itself anew.
It is a path of mindfulness, patience and inner openness.

The individual signature - a second key finding

My second fundamental realisation is:
Every being carries a unique signature.
It manifests itself in form, charisma and presence - not as a rigid characteristic, but as a living expression of one's own essence.

A person who lives in harmony with their signature radiates an inner harmony that can be felt by others - as authenticity, calm and quiet beauty. This form of beauty is independent of outward appearance. It touches because it is real.

Completing this form is a lifelong journey.
It requires us to face our conflicts, realise our potential and align our lives with truthfulness and love. This creates a deep sense of inner peace and fulfilment that naturally manifests itself on the outside.

Authenticity as a way of life

A person who lives his signature becomes an inspiration.
He embodies the possibility of living in clarity, meaning and harmony - not only for his own good, but also for the good of others.

The last horizon: Satchidananda

For me, the end result is an experience that surpasses everything:
Satchidananda- being, awareness, bliss.

In moments when there is no more thinking, no more wanting, no more distraction,
thereis an extatic joy,
free of cause, independent of circumstances.

It is the joy of life itself, of simply being.
An existence that no longer strives for anything - but simply lives.
