My training focussed on looking after people. Alongside this, I attended various courses that allowed me to combine spirituality and everyday life more and more. I had the opportunity to learn different forms of meditation and methods for self-reflection and working with the unconscious from various teachers.
Through my own experiences, I have realised how transformative and useful these approaches can be in bringing clarity to the path of life. It is therefore my desire to pass on these methods to help other people to better understand their inner world and to grow from it.
I have studied various spiritual approaches from different religions and realised how valuable it is to work with a variety of methods. Each method brings its own strength, helps you to see life from a different perspective and opens up new ways of living life more consciously and clearly.

My second important realisation is that every living being has a unique signature that expresses itself in its individual form, charisma and presence. This signature is not a static characteristic, but a living expression of our essence and inner potential. It reflects who we really are and strives to be realised in harmony with our inner being.

However, completing one's own form is not a static state, but a lifelong process. It requires us to face our inner conflicts, recognise our potential and align our lives with the principles of truth and love. This path is not free of challenges, but it leads to a deep sense of peace and fulfilment. This inner harmony is perceived by others as an expression of truth and authenticity.
A person who recognises their signature and realises it in their life lives with an authenticity that is inspiring. He shows that it is possible to lead a life full of clarity, meaning and harmony that not only benefits himself, but also enriches those around him.
In the end, however, it is the experience of Satchidananda (BeingConsciousness-Bliss) that surpasses everything. It is the experience, in the moments when all intention, distraction, neediness and thinking are absent, of a deep joy that comes from the heart and is not dependent on anything. It is the exultation of all life to be there, to be alive - to live.
